Made a long trip yesterday to Ang Mo Kio Presbyterian Church to attend the Synod AGM Closing Meeting... Began at 6:00pm with a service complete with sermon and Holy Communion... then at 7:30, the meeting moved over to the Grassroots Club where dinner would be served while reports were given.

Dinner was alright... however, the meeting took longer than expected. It was scheduled to end at 10:30, but it ran till 11:15... The restaurant staff were anxious for the meeting to end so they could go home...

Somehow I'll just have to get used to the fact that I'll be attending this meeting for the foreseeable future...
